In Star Trek: Discovery, we were treated to the premiere of Anson Mount as Captain Christopher Pike, who will return to FedCon in 2024. The US actor also slipped into this iconic role for the current series Star Trek: Strange New Worlds.
Mount is also no stranger to Marvel’s Cinematic Universe. There, for example, he stars in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022) and in the Marvel’s Inhumans series as Black Bolt (Blackagar Boltagan).
Anson Mount also starred as Cullen Bohannon in the popular western series Hell On Wheels (2011 – 2016), among other roles. Among his first TV assignments were guest appearances in series such as Ally McBeal and Sex and the City. Various other productions followed, including, for example, the mystery smash Lost and the Superman series Smallville.
