1Day Tickets - When can I buy them?
Day tickets are usually available 2 – 3 months in advance via our Ticket-Shop, or directly on-site during the event days.

2Can I exchange my day ticket?
According to our General Terms and Conditions, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure your star has a photosession on that day before buying a ticket.

Many people buy a cheaper day ticket thinking we’re a Comic Con with the same program every day. But we’re a hotel convention with a different schedule on each day.

3I’m planning to buy a day ticket and a photo voucher. When is my star’s photosession?
The complete Program will be published online about 8 weeks before the event. It will clearly state on which day your star has their photosession.

4Can I get an autograph even if I can't attend the convention?
Absolutely! We offer a Send-In Service and our Autograph Shop. You’ll find both at Nerd-Shop.

5What is a Sponsored Guest?
Although it doesn’t happen often, we occasionally host actors who attend on their own behalf. That means neither autographs nor photos with them are included in any ticket – they must be purchased separately.

6Are there discounted tickets for children?
Yes! Children aged 7 – 12 pay half price (under 6 enter free). Discounted weekend children’s tickets are available in our Ticket-Shop. Day tickets for children are only available on-site at the convention.

7Do I need to show proof of age to attend the convention?
Important for minors attending our conventions:

Please bring your ID (ID card or passport), along with a signed parental consent form and your convention registration. If you’re buying a ticket at the box office, you’ll also need these documents.

Without these documents, participation is not possible!

8I have a disability - does my companion get in for free?
That depends on your disability ID. If it includes a “B” for a companion, your accompanying person receives a free ticket.

After purchasing your ticket, please send us an email at verwaltung@fedconevents.com if you want to register a companion.

9Will there be tickets available at the event?
Yes. However, if for any reason this changes, please check our social media channels for the latest updates.

10Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
If you can’t attend the convention, you can transfer your ticket to another person.

FedCon GmbH generally does not accept ticket returns. See: General Terms and Conditions.

Here’s what applies to ticket transfers: The ticket holder can transfer their ticket to someone else up to around 3 weeks before the event. The transfer is only valid if it’s registered with the organizer.

The seller must confirm the transfer in writing (email, fax, post), including ticket number, name, email, and address of the buyer.

A processing fee of €25 applies to each transfer. The transfer is only completed after payment is received.

If the ticket includes additional services (e.g., hotel package), only the full package (ticket + services) may be transferred. No exceptions.

Tickets won through a giveaway are non-transferable.

For ticket transfers less than 3 weeks before the convention, the following rules apply:

Transfers can only be processed on-site.

Required documents:

  • Confirmation form with amount €0.00

  • Copy of the seller’s ID

  • Authorization letter from the seller

  • Transfer fee: €25.00

  • Your own ID for the transfer

  • If you’re using a discounted ticket (e.g., Geek membership): bring your club card – otherwise, the price difference to the regular ticket must be paid

Without these documents, a ticket transfer is not possible!

11Can I return my ticket?
No, according to our General Terms and Conditions, returns are not possible.

12I haven't received my ticket - what should I do?
Please make sure to also check your SPAM folder – many email providers flag attachments as spam.

13I’m planning to buy a day ticket and a photo voucher - when is my star’s photosession?
The full Program will be published about 8 weeks in advance. It will clearly state on which day your star has their photosession.
