After the end of the original Star Trek series, Gene Roddenberry tried to sell further series concepts to the American networks. Some of them got so far that pilot films were made and broadcast, but ultimately no actual series followed.
Robert Vogel presents these works and also shows how elements of these pilot films were later used in series.
