Nicole de Boer

All fans of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (and of course all those who want to become fans) can look forward to FedCon 32, as Nicole de Boer is expanding the event’s guest line-up. The Canadian actress helped Ezri Dax come to series life in the seventh and final season.

De Boer gained her first acting experience as a child with appearances in the theatre and in commercials. This was followed by various appearances in independent productions until she finally landed a leading role in the Canadian SF series Deepwater Black in 1997. Fans of the horror/SF genre will also know her for her role in the low-budget cult thriller Cube.

Nicole de Boer took on the female lead in the series Dead Zone (based on a successful novel by Stephen King). Her filmography also includes a foray into the Stargate universe (guest appearance in the episode “Whispers” from the fifth season of Stargate Atlantis). Her most recent roles include the portrayal of Becca D’Orsay in the crime series Private Eyes.
