      Dan Curry is a name that inspires enthusiasm among science fiction fans, especially in the Star Trek universe. As a long-standing visual effects supervisor and producer, he has played a major role in series such as Star Trek: The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek: Enterprise.

      His creativity knows no bounds: Curry designed iconic Klingon weapons such as the bat'leth, the mek'leth and the Sword of Kahless, which have become an integral part of the series.
