We ignite an event light at the end of the tunnel

Since January 2020, the whole world has been confronted with unbelievable challenges, which we probably all would never have thought possible until now. FedCon GmbH, too, was and (still is) threateningly close to its existential limits in the pandemic vortex. But a consequent cost-cutting course and numerous new projects and ideas have led to the fact that we have survived these eventless times with a dark blue eye so far. We would like to thank all our fans and customers who support us with their loyalty and solidarity.

Last summer, when the future prospects for Corona were quite positive, we had moved FedCon 29 to May 2021 in order to be on the safe side in terms of scheduling. But then everything changed again and the dark side of the virus (is there even a light one …?) struck again mercilessly.

• After careful consideration and consultation with the Maritim Hotel Bonn, we decided to postpone FedCon 29 once again. Namely to the 23.07. – 25.07.2021.

At this point we want to be open and honest with you as usual. At the moment there is still no planning security for us as organizers, concerning the realization of events. But taking into account the gradually increasing number of vaccines and testing possibilities, as well as the experience gained over the months in dealing with the nasty virus in all its forms, we put a thick exclamation mark of hope with this date.

Not a day goes by without us intensively exploring possibilities and refining security concepts in order to finally be able to celebrate the long-awaited return of FedCon. We are all aware that this will not be 1:1 like in the past years. But we want to take on this challenging task and finally let you dive into fantastic worlds again in July 2021.

• All registrations and bookings we have received will automatically be changed to the new FedCon 29 date of 23.07. – 25.07.2021.
  You don’t have to worry about anything and will receive an updated confirmation within the next weeks.
  We ask you to check the data carefully after receipt, so that no error may have crept in due to the multiple date shifts.

Every registration and autograph/photosession order is a strong motivating signal for us to finally get the “USS FedCon” back on track!

It is urgently time to look more positively and optimistically into the future to put an end to the monotonous gloom. Together we can do it … for sure!
