Con Fun instead of Corona Frustration

FedCon and MagicCon take 2021 into their sights

FedCon: May 21 – May 23, 2021
MagicCon: 15.10. – 17.10.2021

To be in lively exchange with like-minded people, to meet popular film and TV stars up close, to party hard with friends at the after-show parties and so much more … that’s what our visitors love so much about the events of FedCon GmbH …

… and all this we can’t offer you due to the well-known situation at least in the next weeks. For these reasons and especially with all of our health in mind, we have now finally decided to move FedCon and MagicCon to 2021.

Theoretically, it would be possible to offer you conventions this year as well, but the fun would definitely fall by the wayside due to the conditions that have to be fulfilled. Or how does that read for you:

• No Aftershow-Parties
• Pianobar closed
• Limited restaurant and catering facilities
• “one-way street system”
  You can only go in one direction at a time in the event area. If you want to get back to the hotel lobby from the dealer rooms or the main hall, you have to walk around the hotel using the emergency exits.
• Masks are compulsory during the entire convention
• No fan meetings and gatherings in the whole event and hotel area
• Distance regulations
• Extreme restrictions for autograph and photo sessions
• Maximum of 2 people in the elevator at the same time
• room partner allocation not possible
• And, and, and…

Truly no arguments that speak for a successful con weekend.

And as the icing on the cake, the corona situation, which is particularly tense in the USA, makes the appearance of guest stars from the United States almost impossible. Depending on current changes, this situation naturally also affects potential guests from other countries. And a convention without star guests …?

We are therefore looking ahead to the future and are looking forward to presenting your FedCon and MagicCon again in 2021. For us as event organizers, a “conlose year” is an extreme effort, but we are sure that we will master this challenge with your active support.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TICKETS & CO.

ALREADY BOOKED SERVICES
All services already booked such as hotel, food, tickets and vouchers will be automatically carried over to 2021 and the stars booked will also be coming next year.

PARTICIPANTS WITH VOUCHERS
Participants who have already received a voucher from us will be contacted SEPARAT within the next few days. Therefore please do not send us any emails.

UPDATED CON-CONFIRMATIONS FOR 2021
You will receive new confirmations with the data for 2021 by e-mail from us by the end of October 2020 at the latest.

Please understand that the changeover tasks and processing will take a lot of time and we therefore ask you to refrain from individual email requests until all new information has been announced. Thank you very much!
