Although he is best known for his Star Trek nonfiction books such as Es lebe Star Trek and Die Star-Trek-Chronik, Björn Sülter is most passionate about the Beyond Berlin SF series. Started in 2018 and continued in 2020, the third part of his novella series now ends in 2023 with the story of Yula, her search for her family and an adventurous journey into space. Incidentally, the author is also presenting the work in a complete edition in time for FedCon 32.
What is it about? Humans have reached the stars, but neglected their homeland. From the ruins of West Berlin, Yula sets out to the thriving East of the city to reunite her family, but in doing so begins a journey that could affect her own fate and that of all humanity …
In his reading Bejond Berlin – Eine Reise endet, the author talks about working on the series and also welcomes questions.

Duration: 60 min - The Lecture will be held in: germanBjörn Sülter is a publisher, author, journalist, translator, audio book speaker, moderator, podcaster & one of Germany's experts on Star Trek.
As an author he is known for the secondary work Es lebe Star Trek - Ein Phänomen, zwei Leben, the series Die Star Trek-Chronik as well as the SF trilogy Beyond Berlin. He also writes biographies and novels for young people.
As editor-in-chief, he oversees the print magazines Geek! & TV-Klassiker as well as the portal "Planet Trek", was editor-in-chief of "SYFY.de" & the Phantastika Magazin (formerly Corona Magazine) for many years until the site was discontinued & writes regularly for print as well as online and media magazines. In TV Serienhighlights he presents his Trek column "Sülters Warpkernkette" in every issue.
He translates (e.g. the series Das Illustrierte Handbuch, Star Trek Cocktails, Die Gegner in Star Trek & the novel series TNG: Zeit des Wandels speaks audio books (TNG: Q sind herzlich ausgeladen, DS9: Ein Stich zur rechten Zeit), presents his own podcast with "Planet Trek fm" & moderates at events.
