1.1. The ordering process by the customer is merely an offer to conclude a contractual relationship. The contractual relationship with FEDCON GmbH shall only be established when the organiser sends a confirmation of registration.

The participant shall be entitled to transfer his ticket to a third party; the transfer shall only be effective if it has been made by the organiser. If the purchaser has purchased other packages in addition to the ticket, such as hotel rooms and/or meal packages and/or autograph vouchers, the transfer is only possible if all purchased packages are transferred to the same person.

1.3. A room partner for hotel rooms will be assigned by the organiser if both persons have booked the same time and number of days in the hotel. If one person should book an additional (different) overnight stay time, a single room surcharge is due for this additional time. Cancellation of the booked hotel rooms via FEDCON GmbH is possible free of charge until 16 weeks before the convention. Cancellations between the sixteenth week and the eighth week before the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50 euros per person. Cancellations within the week of the event are no longer possible, so 100% of the gross amount is due. Changes and cancellations must be made exclusively and in writing to FEDCON GmbH.
